I started this blog in 2004. It was the year when Facebook was launched; LinkedIn was just one year old; and Twitter was still two years away.

Our objective then is the same as it is now: helping employers get their retirement plans from where they are now to where they need to be.

But obviously, the times have changed, and dramatically so in the last two years. We don’t know how long “this” will last or what it will look like.

There is no playbook, and we’re all adapting as we go along.

What seems relevant and crucial now is for employers to have a clear and compelling strategy about their retirement plan objectives.

Without that strategy, it’s managing or trying to manage a program that is all too important to you and your employees.

I hope our blog provides you with the information and insight to help you get your retirement plan from where it is now to where it needs to be.
